Corpus Christi Catholic School is fully accredited
by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department (TCCED).
TCCED,
which is recognized by the Texas Education Agency, is responsible for
the accreditation process for Catholic schools in Texas. As the organization
charged with the implementation of the accreditation process, TCCED
has established standards by which all archdiocesan school will be accredited.
Further assisting in the accreditationprocess is theTexas Catholic Conference Accreditation Commission (TCCAC). This organization
is comprised of all superintendents ofTexas archdioceses and dioceses,
educational consultants, and two bishops.TCCAC is charged with setting
up the operational procedures and planning for theaccreditation process,
reviewingschool compliance, and reporting of accreditation status.
Catholic schools in Texas renew their accreditation status every ten years. Corpus Christi Catholic School last renewed its accreditation in 2007, with an outstanding report.
